Microcapsule(MC)was a semipermeable or encapsulated material whose diameter was 1?2000 ?m,regarding natural or synthetic polymer materials as the wall.It could change the state of materials,improve the stability of products,isolate the interactions of materials,protect sensitive material,control the release of products,make the product soluble,reduce the toxicity of additives and so on.Therefore,the development of microcapsule technology had a broad prospect.At present the main bottleneck affecting the development of microcapsule technology was still the choice of microcapsule wall material,but generally accepted good microcapsule wall material was expensive,which make the price of microcapsule product was high.All these problems limit the extensive use of microcapsule technology,thus discovering or synthesizing new wall material was the key point of the development of the microcapsule technology in the future.This paper was using pseudomonas exocellular polysaccharides and gelatin as a composite wall material,adapting compound condensing method to make antioxidant microcapsules whose core material was safflower oil.We discussed the feasibility of the preparation of a new type of microcapsule wall material in order to lay the foundation for the microbial polysaccharide in the application of microcapsule wall materials.With gelatin as the wall material,this paper aimed at studying the influence factors of preparation of the safflower oil microcapsules,including types of flocculant and coagulant added amount.The experimental results showed that:By comparing sodium sulfate and ethanol,sodium sulfate was more suitable for preparation of gelatin safflower oil microcapsule.By comparing the gelatin and gelatin-gum arabic,composite wall material was more suitable for the preparation of microcapsule.Through the comparison of the gelatin-polysaccharide and gelatin-gum Arabic,gelatin-polysaccharide could be prepared with high embedding rate of microcapsule.In this paper,with gelatin and pseudomonas PT-8 extracellular polysaccharide as wall materials,aimed at studying the influence factors of the preparation of safflower oil microcapsules,including the mass concentration of wall material,the quality fraction of crosslinker,crosslinking time,the ratio of wall material and pH.Through the single factor and orthogonal experiments,the best preparation conditions were determined as follows:the mass concentration of wall material was 50.00 g/mL,the quality fraction of crosslinker was 3.00%,the curing time was 140 min,the ratio of wall material was 5:4,and the pH value was 3.6.Under such conditions,the embedding rate of the microcapsule was 81.12%.Observed by the microscope,it was found that the microcapsules was spherical,good dispersion and uniform size between 1?10 ?m.Therefore,pseudomonas PT-8 extracellular polysaccharide could be used for the preparation of safflower oil microcapsule wall material.At the same time,we evaluated the product properties of safflower oil microcapsules,including particle morphology,antioxidant properties and stability.After 7 days storage,we found that when the gelatin-polysaccharide as wall material,the safflower oil microcapsule had good spherical structure through high temperature oxidation test,which could effectively restrain safflower oil by oxidation.Under normal temperature conditions,the embedding rate change was decreased after 9 weeks,all the indexes of safflower oil microcapsule products met the requirements,and it had good storage stability.
