With the acceleration of global population aging process,the growth of awareness of human health and the rapid development of science,remote health monitoring is becoming an important trend in health care,there is more and more attention from researchers on biological signal electrodes.Therefore,flexible textile-structured electrodes emerge.Compared with the traditional disposable ECG electrodes,textile-structured ECG electrodes bear the advantages of soft hand,good air perme ability and moisture permeability,dry electrode,it does not cause the patient’s skin allergies,inflammation and other symptoms,so it is suitable for heart in long-term monitoring.Therefore,a study on different textile structure and material system o f ECG electrode has certain theoretical and practical significance in the field of remote medical treatment.Based on silver coated multifilament,some experimental methods are used,which are the chlorination modification method,manual embroidery method and circuit simulation.At the same time,the electroplating process,textile technology,EIS and SEM analysis are employed in this paper.It explores the electroplating process system of the silver-silver chloride fiber,simulates fabric structure units corresponding electrical circuit,designs and makes flexible electrodes,evaluates static performance of textile-structured electrodes preliminary.By the analysis of theoretical and performance test evaluation,it is shown that: compared with satin fabric,knitted fabric and embroidery fabric,honeycomb fabric is the most soft and comfortable;the low-frequency impedance of silver-silver chloride honeycomb fabric is minimum,and its ECG is clear,the signal-to-noise ratio is also the biggest.As the previous study,silver-silver chloride honeycomb fabric electrode achieve s the desired goal.It is soft,comfortable,high sensitivity,high signal-to-noise ratio,low electrode-dermal layer interface impedance,reusable.Additionally,it is a good way to evaluate ECG signal under static.Therefore,it has broad market prospect.
