PH3 is a colorless poisonous gas with a garlic smell not only has serious pollution of surrounding environment and health risk,but also restricts the product deep processing and utilization of industrial waste gas resources.It is mainly produced in the industrial processes.of yellow phosphorus,calcium carbide production,semiconductor industry production,fumigation and ductile iron processing.The selective deep purification of PH3 not only has important significance for environmental pollution control and reducing greenhouse gas emissions,but also promotes resource utilization and deep processing effectively of mixture gases to generating significant economic benefits.There are many defects in purification PH3 by using traditional methods,such as complex process、huge investment、absorbent that hard to renewable.People began to combine the transition metal ions and ionic liquid(IL)of purification PH3.As people’s environmental awareness,ionic liquids as environmentally friendly materials are active in the field of chemical industry,organic synthesis,extraction."Catalytic oxidation of PH3 by ionic liquid-aqueous biophasic" was presented in this paper response to defect,like product difficult to separate,fluctuations Dephosphorization efficiency,difficult to regeneration catalyst in the current purification methods.this paper presented the research of PH3 purification by hydrophobic ionic liquid which had not reported home and abroad.The main research objectives of this paper is to purify PH3 in CO,the ionic liquid was synthesis by two-step synthesis method and characterized by FT-IR.The purification efficiency and stability of PH3 as criteria,investigated the thermal stability and the gas’s solubility of catalyst.Through the above analysis,we can screen the best catalyst.Under the purification efficiency of the type of catalyst ratio,reaction temperature,oxygen content,optimize the catalytic oxidation reaction conditions.To characterize the structural changes before and after reaction of catalysts,and verify the reaction product,we can get the Pd-based IL catalytic oxidation mechanism.The conclusions were as follows:(1)Preparation of[bmim]PF6,[bmim]Br,palladium-based ionic liquids,characterization results show synthetic goal ionic liquid.There is no purification efficiency using[bmim]PF6,as catalyst,but synthesized by the addition of metal salt(palladium chloride)palladium-based hydrophobic ionic liquid have a purifying effect for PH3.(2)Having some experimental for[Bmin]PF6 and Pd-based IL about thermal stability and gas solubility.The results showed that within the range of 20℃~200℃,they were maintain a good thermal stability,and had a certain solubility properties Due to the addition of tri-n-butyl phosphate,leading to the thermal stability and gas solubility have declined.(3)Pd-based IL catalystic system could improve PH3 purification efficiency and prove the feasibility of PH3 purification by hydrophobic ionic liquid.The optimum molar ratio of[Bmim]PF6 and PdCl2 is 1:0.056.Low reaction temperature is not conducive to stimulate the activity of the catalyst,and increase viscosity of the IL resulting in low purification efficiency.While high reaction temperature increases energy consumption and reduce the physical dissolution of PH3.The optimum reaction temperature is 70℃.With the O2 content increased,the catalyst played a better positive role in the catalytic oxidation process of PH3 and the optimum O2 content is 10.6%.(4)02 blasting with the catalyst solution for 18h,the purification efficiency of regenerated absorbing liquid is significantly increased,indicating that the Pd-IL catalyst is renewabe.(5)The HPLC chromatograms date by water 431 and discussion on the mechanism of purification PH3 show that the recction is oxidation and the final product is phosphoric acid(6)CO as carry gas,the Pd-based IL also having excellent purification effect...
