In the paper,the photovoltaic silicon wire cutting waste slurry was recovered by froth flotation method,and then SiC porous ceramics and honeycomb ceramic were prepared by using recovery SiC as raw materials.In the process of recycling the cutting waste slurry,the influence of the collector,types of inhibitors,temperature,pH and foaming agent on collecting rate and SiC content were studied.In the process of preparation of porous ceramics,sawdust,carbon and walnut were used as pore former to prepare SiC porous ceramics.The effect of walnut amount and the different finess SiC on the porosity,volume density and flexural strength was also investigated.In the process of preparation of honeycomb ceramics,the effect of walnut amount and sintering temperature on porosity,volume density,transver compressive strength,longitudinal compressive strength and thermal shock resistance were studied.The experiment result was characterized by SEM,XRD,LPS,TG-DTA and CET.The main results of the paper are as follows:(1)SiC and Si of the photovoltaic silicon wire cutting waste slurry was separated by froth floatation method.When volume fraction of sodium humate flocculant,lauryl amine collector,cellulose inhibitor,and temperature and pH value were 0.16%,0.16%,0.25‰,3 0? and 7,respectively,the solid collecting rate and SiC content were respectively 51.94%and 94.70%.(2)SiC porous ceramics with flexural strength 55.29MPa,porosity 32.37%and volume density 1.83 g/cm3 sintered at 1280? were obtained when flotation SiC,clay and sawdust were used as aggregate,ceramic forming and pore former,respectively.SiC porous ceramics with porosity 40.31%and volume density 1.69g/cm3 were prepared when carbon was used pore former.The sample with flexural strength 33.98MPa and porosity 43.12%were obtained by walnut as pore former.(3)SiC porous ceramics with flexural strength 42.50MPa,porosity 47.50%and volume density 1.63g/cm3 were obtained when the different fineness SiC and walnut were used as aggregate and pore former,respectively.The best finess and the walnut amount were 35?m and 10%,respectively.(4)The porosity,volume density,transver compressive strength,longitudinal compressive strength and thermal shock resistance and CET of SiC honeycomb ceramic prepared with purchased SiC powder as raw materials were 32.80%,2.48,5.76,6.47,1300? and 5.18×10-6/?,respectively.(5)The optimum formula of the flotation SiC honeycomb ceramics:SiC(flotation SiC 70%,outsourcing SiC 30%),clay and plus pore forming walnut were 95%,5%,and 10%,respectively.Additive was made up of 1%oleic acid,4%glycerol,4%the tung oil,5%HPMC.The best preparation conditions for the sintering temperature and holding time were 1320 ? and 30min.When the honeycomb ceramics was obtained,the total shrinkage,volume shrinkage,thermal shock resistance,CET of 1320?,transver compressive strength,longitudinal compressive strength,porosity and volume density were 2.40%,3.80%,1200 ?,4.87x10-6/?,4.66,6.07,49.30%and 1.66,respectively.
