The high-speed milling cutter is one of the typical high-speed machining tool,has been widely used in the equipment manufacturing.The safety of high speed milling is the ability that is to maintain its "full" and "stability" refers to the high speed conditions cutter.Studies have shown that the security provisions in much lower than the ISO15641 standard speed conditions,high-speed cutter security and stability of the state began to deteriorate in cutter completeness destruction did not occur,there is a dynamic high-speed cutter security recession process.The papers in the National Natural Science Foundation project "high-speed milling cutter Security recession mechanism and cross-scale correlation design method(50,975,067)under the support of the project,the high-speed milling cutter safety of recession this dynamic process and other related issues,the following research:Combining factory has occurred integrity destruction of high-speed milling,we extracted speed milling the integrity of destruction in the form of high-speed milling macro-failure analysis,scanning electron microscopy with super depth of field microscope for different damage structures microscopic observation,description of the high-speed face milling cutter safety integrity undermine the process and conditions for high-speed cutter integrity destruction,Research cutting thickness and impact loading on the stress field of the tool,able to represent the preferred based on the combination of this particular tool model factoryto facilitate high-speed cutter universal model for further research stage of security and stability in the high-speed cutter safety recession process.For the study of the deformation characteristics of high-speed cutter assembly,we made a brief analysis of high-speed cutter loaded,and studied a different variation of the stress field of centrifugal force loads and loads of cutting force components,deformation characteristics of different cutting parameters are extracted from under the cutter assembly,revealsed the influencing factors and behavioral characteristics of the high-speed cutter safety recession deformation stage.By the analysis of high-speed cutter vibration mode under centrifugal force and cutting force,established dynamic cutting force model of a single teeth,multiple teeth and parity number of teeth,high-speed cutter and experiments carried out by high-speed cutter cutting aluminum alloy in different depth of cut and the number of teeth too spectrum analysis.Revealed the factors influencing the stability of high-speed cutter under different parameters and behavioral characteristics.In order to verify the security of high-speed milling recession dynamic process,build up an Integrated Experiment Platform for the high-speed cutter,through analysis and observation of The high-speed cutter Security deformation,vibration,balancing and tool wear,confirmed the safety of the dynamic process of the high-speed cutter separately,revealled the complete process of the cutter safety of recession,optimized the International Standard for Safety,and played a guiding significance for the design of future high-speed cutter.
