With the increasingly prosperous economy,fiber board industry is rapidly developing.However,in the process of fiber board development,many issues are becoming increasingly apparent,such as the shortage of raw materials,easy burning and formaldehyde release,which severely restricts the development of fiber board.In the present paper,utilizing renewable reed and cotton stalk fiber instead of wood fiber;fiber board,which include no glue cotton rod fiber board and reed fiber board with the TPTI adhesive prepared are prepared,and we also discussed the effects of reaction parameters on mechanical properties,these factors included:hot pressing pressure,pressing time,pressing temperature and glue content et al.The results showed that a relatively good synthesizing condition of no glue cotton rod fiber board is under the conditions of 10%HMF spread,4Mpa hot pressing pressure,180 ℃ hot pressing temperature;under the conditions of 8%glue spread,6Mpa hot pressing pressure,160 ℃hot pressing temperature,30 mesh the reeds,the mechanical properties of reed fiber board with the TPTI adhesive are optimized.Also the flame retardant of reed fiber board with the TPTI adhesive were improved,the results showed that with 30%ultra-fine aluminum hydroxide spread,flame-retardant effect is as its best,which met the national standard for《building materials and combustion products classification performance》of class B.In addition,the urea/fructose environmental adhesive was prepared,and the factors of affecting the environmental adhesive performance were discussed,the results show that optimal properties can be acquired under the conditions of adding 1.97g catalyst,monomer(fructose and urea)ratio of 7:1,reaction temperature of 85 ℃,and after 3h.Infrared spectra have proved that the product was urea/fructose adhesive.And the fiber boards were prepared by urea/fructose adhesive,the mechanical properties were characterized,the results showed that the mechanical properties of fiber board can meet the standard of ordinary medium density fiberboard of grade C.The environmental fiberboard is a trend of the future fiberboard development,which bring significant social and economic benefits.
