The metabolites of fungal are abundant and diversity,some of them have different bioactivity,for example antibacterial activity,activity of plant pathogen resistance,allelopathic activity,insecticidal activity,and so on.The metabolites of Aspergillus fumigatus and P.griseofulvum have been extracted and separated,and their chemical constituents have been identified,their bioactivities have been tested.9 compounds were separated using a variety of chromatography techniques(silica gel chromatography?PTLC?Sephadex LH-20),the structures were elucidated based on spectral data(H-NMR?13C-NMR and MS).We also report the derivation based on patulin(one of the 9 compounds),19 compounds have been synthesized,including 16new compounds and 3 known compounds.The results are concluded as follows:6 compounds have been seperated from the fermentation broth of Aspergillus fumigates LN-4:fumitremorgin C(1),Spirotryprostatin A(3),Cyclotryprostatin A(6),Cyclotryprostatin B(7),Pseurotin A(8),methoxyl spirotryprostatins B(9).3 compounds have been separated from the fermentation broth of P.griseofulvum:patulin,H-(1),griseofulvin.19 compounds have been synthesized based on patulin:H-4 to H-17,H-20 to H-22,H-25,and H-26.The result of activity test show that H-4 to H-17,H-20 to H-22,H-25 and H-26,patulin,H-(1),griseofulvin have activity against some plant pathogen(Alternaria solani,Colletotrichum gloeosporiodes,Gibberella sau.binetti).The activity of H-9,H-14,H-25 is general,the activity of other compounds is strong.H-5,H-6,H-10,H-11,H-13,H-14,H-15,H-20,H-21,H-22,H-25,H-26 have activity against some bacteria(Bacillus cereus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis).The activity of H-5,H-6,H-10,H-11,H-13,H-15,H-20,H-21 is strong,and the activity of H-14,H-22,H-25,H-26 is weak gerenal.
