Abstract/Summary:
Mine Refuge Shelter must be able to resist gas explosion pressure and deep water pressure.Now the design of Mine Refuge Shelter has no related national standards and industry standards.Most of design methods are parameter analog design and experience design,find out the weak link through the explosion test and strengthen it.This paper designed the Mine Refuge Shelter baseing on the explosion pressure of Mine Refuge Shelter,improved the structure through the numerical simulation method,improved the safety of Mine Refuge Shelter.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,on the basis of the TNT equivalent method,this paper simulated attenuation law of TNT explosion shock wave in the test roadway by LS-DYNA.Comparing to the overpressure of gas explosion shock wave in the test roadway,this paper concluded that we can use TNT as explosion source instead of gas air mixture when we analyze the overpressure value of test roadway.Secondly,according to the actual situation,this paper established finite element analysis model,and obtained the influence of surface parameters to the pressure of shelter which concloud blocking rate,cross-sectional shape and length.Combining space constraint of the domestic coal mine roadway and test roadway,this paper designed the surface parameters of the shelter.Thirdly,this paper anslyzed the pressure value and pressure distribution of the shelter surface in standard condition and safety condition,and then designed the internal structure of the shelter.Forthly,this paper individually analyzed the stress and deformation in explosion shock wave and deep water situation,finded out the weak place and improved it,improved the safety of the shelter.This paper designd the Mine Refuge Shelter through the numerical simulation method,provided the basis for the shelter design,decreased the time of shelter design.
