Biopesticides has strong selectivity for pathogenic bacteria, safety to humans and animals, and has less impact on the ecological environment. In addition, not only can alleviated the pollution caused by chemical pesticides, but also have great significance to meet people's demand of pollution-free food, green food and organic food. Therefore, biopesticide has become one of global pesticide research hotspot.Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Q426 was isolated from compost, which can inhibit growth of plant pathogenic bacteria, such as Curvularia lunata.Penicillum?chrysogenum and has a broad antibacterial spectrum. The bacteria only needs simple nutrition ingredient and has no special requirement for environment.Consequently,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Q426 can be used for development of biopesticides and has a high potential commercial value. The optimum formula of Bacillus amyloliquefaciensQ426wettable powder was determined by screening of the carrier, wetting agent, dispersing agent and UV protection agent. The quality detection showed that the spores content of wetting powder achieved to 3.2×1010cfu/g,the dispersion time was 43 s,the suspension rate was 76%,and pH 7.8,which have met the national standard and anticipated goals. The research of greenhouse experiment found that the fermentation broth of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Q426 can stimulates the growth of spinach, tomatoes and cucumbers, and also increase the output of spinach, production rate of up to 104.6%.The fermentation broth of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Q426 can be stored at room temperature for 35-45 days by the heat treatment at 80? for 10 minutes and adding 1.0g/kg NaNO2.At this time, compared with the initial fermentation broth, the number of spore is not less than 50%...
