Abstract/Summary:
High-capacity injection-type hank dyeing machine is designed and developed for the difference in jar of intermittent dyeing method.Unsatisfied dyeing quality,high bath ratio and low efficiency are the three major problems for current high-capacity machine on which have not been seen enough researches,structural innovation or theoretical background.This paper,aiming to solve the uneven distribution by current dye distributor and nozzle,simulates the inner dye flow by taking use of Fluent software and offers a structural design and optimization.Below are the major work that have been done in this paper:Firstly,analyze the operation pressure,temperature and phase state of a given dyeing machine with reference to its actual condition so as to get a solid ground for distributor and nozzle optimization.Secondly,numerically simulate the distributor under different flow and temperature by using Fluent software,put forward two proposals for distributor optimization according to porous pipe-related theory,compare these proposals and determine the final one.Thirdly,numerically simulate the nozzle,analyze the formula by which keyhole outflow changes with additional inner pipe and diverging and with variable pipe length,inlet pipe diameter and inner pipe shape,optimize the porous nozzle according to the formula and get the final developed structure.Forthly,to justify the above-mentioned structural optimization,experiments have been done to determine the outflow rate of the developed distributor and nozzle and it has been found that the simulation result is basically same as that of the experiments.In this paper numerical simulation is used as a method for the outflow study of distributor and nozzle and its structural optimization and experimental verification.The method,as well as the conclusion of this paper,is also applicable for machines with a different quantity of pipes.This paper offers a reference for the optimization for other porous flow distributor.
