Establishment Of Fujian Province Baking Food Safety Early Warning System

With the continuous development of market economy,the influence of food safety incidents is becoming wider,and the harm to the society is also becoming more serious.Food safety has become a guarantee of building a harmonious society,improving people living level and ensuring the safety of human life and property.Establishing perfect food safety early warning system has been an effective way,which could reduce food safety accidents,assure people' s life safety and promote the development of a harmonious society.Current food safety early warning theory is considered as pole stars in this paper.Through by dissecting the safety status of current baked food,the foundation is laid that builds food safety early warning system.Based on baked food safety,the author thinks that the baked food safety should be regarded as main affecting factor to build correlative early warning system,and comprehensive food safety evaluation system should be build by quantitative factors.Three index system applied to baked food safety early warning was structured and index operation conditions were put forward for different states of baked food safety.Based on the construction of index system,completed the baking food safety early warning system design.The early warning system includes information management model,analyze model and response model that were used for information and data management,baking food safety alarm analysis and food safety events reaction.As the moon cakes safety early warning system for example to show that the connection of the three subsystems contributes to reducing the economic and social losses caused by food safety issues.
