High concentration synthetic organic sewage is produced in our production and life.If scientific and effective method is used in the treatment of sewage,the treatment effect may be improved largely.The stress of water usage will be relieved.In experiment,combined with advantages of Bacillus subtilis and immobilized microorganism,the treatment of synthetic organic sewage was studied in batch culture by Bacillus subtilis.The research makes important foundation for the continuous treatment of sewage by immobilized Bacillus subtilis.In the batch culture of Bacillus subtilis for the treatment of the synthetic organic sewage,different composition of culture medium and the sewage is prepared,and the ability of sewage treatment is analysed for Bacillus subtilis.Effect of washing powder content on sewage treatment is studied.When washing powder content is 0.5g,the sewage COD value decreased by 1087.6mg/L and the dry weight increased by 325.0mg/L,which shows a good degradation effect for sewage treatment.Effect of glucose content on sewage treatment is studied.Results show that,when glucose content is 2.0g,the sewage COD value decreased by 632.1mg/Land the dry weight increased by 279.0mg/L,which shows a good degradation effect for sewage treatment.Effect of bacterial inoculum on sewage treatment is also studied.When the inoculum of bacteria is 13g/L,results shows that the COD value decreased by 571.7mg/L and the dry weight increased by 230.0mg/L,which shows a good degradation effect.In the study of immobilization,five different kinds of carrier are applied.Five kinds of carrier are far infrared bacteria house,import far infrared absorption ring,ammonia absorbing stone,white flake zeolite and red granular zeolite,respectively.30g carriers of Five kinds of immobilized microorganism,which the COD value degrade by 2185.9mg/L,1921.5mg/L,1804.3mg/L,582.4mg/L,911.8mg/L.Far infrared bacteria house is the best carrier for sewage treatment.The treatment of sewage in different pH values by different immobilized Bacillus subtilis carrier is studied and the results indicate that,when the pH of sewage is 7.0,the degradation effect is the best.The above five kinds of immobilized microorganism in the pH of sewage is 7.0,which the COD value degrade by 1891.8mg/L,1059.5mg/L,1048.0mg/L,669.3mg/L,686.8mg/L.The attachment state of the five kinds of carriers is observated under scanning electron microscope.Results indicated that far infrared bacteria house attached to the most of microorganisms.
