| Carbohydrazide compounds are important material of organic chemical. They play an important role in biological medicine, analytical chemistry, materials chemistry and dye industry. The synthetic methods of carbohydrazide compounds have always been a hot topic in organic chemistry research. The paper studied a solvent-free synthetic method of the carbohydrazide compounds by the selenium-catalyzed system with aromatic hydrazine as raw materials, carbon monoxide as carbonylation reagent, oxygen as oxidant. The method not only simplifies the operational procedures, but also cuts down the cost by reducing process time and improving capacity utilization rate.In this way,we transfer simple raw materials into high value organic compounds. The reaction has the character of mild reaction conditions and little by-products.Besides,catalysts can be recycled in this reaction.Using the synthesis of diphenylcarbazide as an example, the effects of bases,Selenium amounts, temperatures and times were investigated. In the experiment,we find that the target product can be synthesized in relative high yield(44.80%)just for 4 h,with phenylhydrazine 10 mmol as raw materials,Et3N 0.4 mmol as co-catalyst,selenium powder 0.1 mmol as catalyst, and 90℃ as reaction temperature. The results indicated the optimizing conditions in which carbohydrazide compounds can be synthesized in relative high yields.Products were characterized by 1HNMR and IR.The possible synthetic mechanism of carbohydrazide compounds was proposed. |
