In recent years,waste rubber desulfurization regeneration process updates fast.At present commonly used intermittent mixing equipment,is difficult to achieve industrial streamline production and production efficiency is low,which results in a greater difference between each batch mixing uniformity of powder.So,based on the research of recycled rubber powder for mix design of the equipment is imminent.This article topic is "continuous mixer design research based on renewable rubber powder",this topic is the first study powder field,which is the first step of waste rubber desulfurization regeneration,the powder of desulfurization,post-processing,continuous mixing,continuous vulcanization properties of products,and it has important influence.Regenerative continuous mixing equipment is the research object,using powder purpose powder mixture as the research view,through the observation,simulation and experimental research methods,this dissertation is trying to put forward a kind of powder continuous mixing equipment for the first time.This paper puts forward continuous helical gearing feeding,which can help overcome the difficulties of the intermittent distribution mix.Special screw mixing extruder as the core,ensures good dispersion of powder.In transfer line for auxiliary,through the corresponding automation control to fulfill the requirements of industrial production line.This paper,by using the special single screw extruder with renewable rubber powder mixed in a row,has realized dispersive mixing and distribution of powder mixture.And to achieve continuous feeding and discharging,renewable rubber powder mixing machine is the core of the design.Screw meshing feeding device,which can overcome the powder body sliding,inhibition of powder bridge formation,accelerate the powder and oil feeding,ensures feeding conveying efficiency and stability.Using screw conveyor measurement,mechanical plunger metering pumps and electromagnetic metering pump for accurately measuring transmission oil,which creates conditions for continuous mixing powder,realizes uniform mixing in extruder feeding phase distribution.This paper argues that using the Fluent software which in finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench module,we can analyze the powder in the state of mixing extruder in the numerical simulation,support the mix of theory basis.At the same time,the flow of the extruder in theory can be used as a powder analysis tool in extruder which can raise a reference for the power,the motor selection and provides the basis for temperature control equipment.This paper,by using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD softwares,has finished 3d model design and 2d drawing of continuous powder mixing machine equipment for renewable rubber powder.It also simulated the space location and appearance of all parts of the machine.Using 3ds MAX to animation simulation,it has simulated the regeneration powder mixing workflow.
