With the rapid development of economy,appear a series of environmental and energy,straw as an important part of the biomass materials,is a good renewable resources.But each year in the straw part is used to make paper outside,and most were burned directly,such already waste resources and pollute the environment.The straw stalk contains abundant lignin,and lignin can through the reaction made into ligin sulfonates,ligin sulfonates can be used in the preparation of pesticides and dye dispersant,etc.Dye dispersant is one of the indispensable auxiliaries in dye processing and dye applications,which can improve the suspension rate of the non-soluble dyes and the poor solubility of the dye.And also enhance its solubility to improve printing and dyeing effects.This paper took straw as the main raw material.First of all,using phenol and resorcinol as liquefier,with the condition of concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst,prepared liquefied product.Then,with anhydrous sodium sulfite and formaldehyde,liquefied product modified to be lignosulfonate as dye dispersant.This paper studied the preparation of dye dispersant made by lignin sulfonate:(1)phenolic lignin structure of liquefaction of the preparation of things,its structure was analyzed by FTIR;(2)Lignin sulfonates dye the preparation of dispersant type.The performances of the dye dispersant were tested by dispersing power,high temperature stability and abrasive,its structure was analyzed by FTIR.Influences of reaction conditions such as the amount of sodium sulfite,the amount of formaldehyde,reaction temperature and reaction time were studied.Rice straw liquefaction with phenol is selectively liquefied at 100?,the ratio of the quality straw and phenol was 1:4(g/g),the dosage of sulfuric acid as catalyst was 1.2mmol/g,the reaction temperature was 90 ?,for 90min.The rate of straw stalks selective liquefaction with phenol was 51.8%.By means of modified reaction of rice straw selectively liquefied in phenol with formaldehyde and sodium sulfite in alkaline conditions,an experiment was conducted to synthesize dye dispersant in the type of lignosulfonate.The optimum modifiedreaction conditions were obtained as reaction temperature 90?,for 5h,the amount of sodium sulfite 5mmol/g,the amount of formaldehyde 5mmol/g by single factor and orthogonal test.Then the dispersing power of the product is 82%,high temperature stability of the product is 130?.Rice straw liquefaction with resorcinol is selectively liquefied at 140?,the ratio of the quality straw and resorcinol was 1:4(g/g),the dosage of sulfuric acid as catalyst was 1.2mmol/g,the reaction temperature was 140?,for 90min.The rate of straw stalks selective liquefaction with resorcinol was 64.1%.By means of modified reaction of rice straw selectively liquefied in resorcinol with formaldehyde and sodium sulfite in alkaline conditions,an experiment was conducted to synthesize dye dispersant in the type of lignosulfonate.The optimum modified reaction conditions were obtained as reaction temperature 90 ?,for 6h,the amount of formaldehyde 0.04g/g,the amount of sodium sulfite 0.08g/g by single factor and orthogonal test.Then the dispersing power of the product is 83%,the abrasive is 2h,high temperature stability of the product is 120 ?.
