The arrangement and formulation of process planning is one of those complex and crucial links in the field of numerical control machining.The process planning is the foundation of programming,which is closely related to the quality and efficiency of parts processing.While formulating process planning,the choice to technological parameter influences not only directly the workpieces’ processing quality,cost of production and Processing efficiency,but also whether making full of Machine tool performance or not.According to the modern cutting theoretical basis,through the method of simulating the biological structure and evolution mechanism in nature,using the method of mathematical modeling,and make an intensive study of the mathematical model to seek the best combination of cutting parameters.This is an important Research direction of cutting parameter selection.This paper is mainly for the following study:1)According to technical requirements for part manufacturing and different requirement for production target,to transform the practical issue of select parameters into mathematical decision model;2)The application principles and characters for genetic algorithm and working process analysis;3)The optimization of cutting process parameters based on genetic algorithm;4)To apply the theory to milling,experiment for production and process and make the result analysis.Through the above four aspects of technical analysis and research,to realize the deep optimization of cutting parameter selection in the traditional production,make the selection criteria for technological parameters more normative and reach the goal to improve processing efficiency,reduce processing cost and get high quality products.
