As a kind of improvement of plain fly ash concrete,fiber reinforced fly ash concrete is famous for its anti-cracking ability during the earlier stage,and is widely used in the practical engineering project.But during the working period,it suffers from severe problem of durability failure,because of a kind of influence of corrosive medium.The study of fiber concrete is mainly focus on the study of mechanical property at the status quo.However,there is less study on the durability.This thesis researches the effect of fiber on concrete ability by experiment on different kind of ash concrete,the concrete with different fiber or without fiber.Analyzed the effect of different fiber on the mechanical properties and durability of fly ash concrete,to be more specific:(1)Experiment on the anti-cracking ability of concrete with different fiber or without fiber by plate method.The result indicates that the fiber significantly improve the anti-cracking ability of fly ash concrete,it appears different anti-cracking ability with different fiber.(2)Experiment on the mechanical properties of concrete with different fiber or without fiber in different age,such as cube compressive strength,splitting strength,breaking strength,builds the relationship of the mechanical properties between time-varying characteristics.The result of the experiment indicates that the fiber mixed in concrete is good for the improvement of mechanical properties,it appears different effects on mechanical properties with different fiber.(3)Experiment on the durability of concrete with different fiber or without fiber in different age,such as electrical resistivity,permeability,builds the relationship of the durability between time-varying characteristics.The result of the experiment indicates that the fiber mixed in concrete is good for the improvement of durability,it appears different effects on durability with different fiber.(4)The thesis also builds the correlation between the mechanical properties and durability of fiber reinforced fly ash concrete by matching different experiment result of the indicator of the mechanical properties and durability of fiber reinforced fly ash concrete.The analysis results show that for fiber reinforced fly ash concrete,the mechanical properties and impermeability of concrete can be characterized by the electrical resistivity,to achieve the purpose of rapid evaluation of fiber reinforced fly ash concrete quality.
