With the enhancement of health concepts,the development of botanical preservative has been attracted the attention of people.To get the botanical preservatives,Research&development center of biorational pesticide in Northwest A&F university studied the preservatition effect of many kinds of plant extracts and found that star anise oil and salvia ethanol extract have excellent preservation activity on apple and tomato respectively.In this paper,the formulations of star anise oil and salvia ethanol extract incorporated with oligochitosan respectively were screened first.Then the formulations of star anise oil microemulsion and salvia ethanol extract water soluble granule were studied.The primary conclusions were as follows:1.The preservation effect of star anise oil and salvia ethanol extract incorporated with oligochitosan on apple and tomato were determined on room temperature,respectively.125μl/L star anise oil incorpored with 1%oligochitosan can extend the storage time of apple.After 50 days,the decline of firmness and Vc content of treated apple were less than CK significantly;the MDA content and respiration peak are deceasing 50%and 40%compared to CK on the 50th day.2.5 g/L salvia ethanol extract incorporated with 1%oligochitosan had better preservation effect than CK.The firmness and rate of sound fruit of treated tomato was 2 timesand 1.7 times to CK;on the 20th day,SOD activity was 1.8 times to CK and the ethylene and respiration peak were lower than that of CK significantly.2.The surfactant and co-surfactant were selected to get the formulation of 10.5%star anise oil·oligochitosan ME.The ME was made up of star anise oil(10%),oligochitosan(0.5%),15%surfactant(agricultural emulsifier 601,By40 and agricultural emulsifier 500,the mass ratio was 1:2:1)12%co-surfactant(ethanol),and 63.5%acetic acid solution.Technical indexes accord with the demand of pesticide processing.Then the ME’s preservation effect was evaluated on wolfberry fruit and apple.The ME can preserve wolfberry fruit four days and maintain the fruit’s flavor.The rate of sound fruit of apple was above 90%and better than control significantly after 5 months.The 10.5%star anise oil-oligochitosan ME has excellent preservation effect.3.The formulaton of 35%salvia ethanol extract-oligochitosan water soluble granule is 24%salvia ethanol extract,11%oligochitosan,8%tween 80,57%MgSO4.Technical indexes accord with the demand of pesticide processing.Then the water soluble granule’s preservation effect was evaluated on wolfberry fruit and apple.The rate of sound fruit of wolfberry fruit was 78.89%and the flavor unchanged after 4 days.The rate of sound fruit of apple was above 80%and more excellent than contro1.35%salvia ethanol extract·oligochitosan water soluble granule has excellent preservation effect.125 μl/L star anise oil and 2.5 g/L salvia ethanol extract incorporated with 1%oligochitosan can extend the shelf life of apple and tomato respectively.The technical indexes of 10.5%star anise oil·oligochitosan ME and 35%salvia ethanol extract·oligochitosan water soluble granule qualified and had great promotional value. |
