Discussion On The Effect Of Ownership Structure On The Investment Decision Of The Restructured Enterprises

State-owned enterprises are the pillar of our national economy,plays a dominant role in the economic life of our country.However,with deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises of deep-seated contradictions and problems have gradually emerged.Therefore,in order to strategic choice to cope with the challenge of economy globalization and entering WTO,we must deepen the reform of system and mechanism of state-owned enterprises.At present,in China’s enterprise reform,there are three issues is particularly prominent:one is the reform policy and the theory of the collective enterprises,lack of system;two is a lot of reformed enterprises,no substantial progress in the construction of modern enterprise system;three is the reformed enterprises ESOP is universal,but workers participate in the democratic management of the channel is not smooth.Therefore,the reference typical business experience,explore new ideas,new methods,new ways to solve the problem,make business operations more standardized,effective,and promote the healthy,stable,orderly development of economy and society in China,has a very important practical significance.This paper takes Guangzhou HIRP Chemical Co.Ltd for example,focuses on the restructuring process and the emergence of problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal.The main contents of the study is divided into five parts:(1)Conclusion.Mainly elaborates the background,significance of this topic,research on domestic and international literature review and comments briefly,on the basis of this research methods,ideas and content.(2)the theoretical foundation part,introduced the basic theory related to this paper,mainly introduces the typical pattern of contents and characteristics of modern enterprise system,the property right theory,the theory of corporate governance and corporate restructuring in china.(3)analysis of ownership structure and its operation situation helps companies.Mainly is the evolution of ownership structure on helps company and its subsidiaries are analyzed,especially the detailed introduction of the reform program helps companies,an analysis of the main existing equity structure of the company and non-main business operating conditions.(4)analysis of the impact of the current equity structure helps companies to investment decisions,and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the company’s scientific and decision-making(5)the conclusions and prospects.Summarize the conclusions of this study,and put forward the prospects for future research.
