Study On New Preparation Method Of C3 Fraction Iquid Phase Hydrogenation Catalyst

This paper provides a new method of C3 liquid phase hydrogenation catalyst preparation.Modified alumina carrier with ?-CD(Cyclodextrin),with palladium acetate as the active component precursor,under ultrasound irradiation catalyst organic phase preparation;prepared four catalysts with different methods,and 200 hour comparative evaluation.The evaluation results indicate that:the method can effectively improve the dispersion of active component of the catalyst,to maintain a good hydrogenation activity at the same time,and has better hydrogenation selectivity,to optimize the palladium hydrogenation catalyst performance and provides an effective way.
