| Taking the serious problem of environmental pollution and great demand of national economy into account, and aiming at the treatment of cor alcohol wastewater, this thesis began with biological treatment and chemical treatment and then explored the two-stage aerobic process/chemical phosphorus removal process for the treatment of alcohol wastewater. The combined process suit to the treatment situation so as to meet the pH、CODCr、TP discharge demand.Research provided of the technical support to the reuse of Alcohol wastewater. It was found in the research of biological treatment unit at star-up period that filler can enhance the handling capacity of the SBR reactor, especially in the removal of the CODCr aspects of the performance significantly.Biofacies observed showed that the reactor has a lot of indicater organisms, sunch as vorticella, aspidisca, rotifers and so.The studies on stable period showed that two-stage aerobic process have a well effluent without NaOH to adjust pH.SBBR/SBR process showed a good pH buffering.Effluent of SBBR/SBR system can be meet the requirements,CODCcr<100mg/L,of the discharge standard. At the same time, the SBR/SBR system cannot fully meet the discharge requirements. Also found that the two systems of TP removal efficiency little difference.Effluent TP concentration, the two systems cannot meet the emission standards for TP<lmg/L requirements,it is necessary to make further mentioned standard treatment. The result of chemical phosphorus showed that post-precipitation treatment has a better effect than pre-precipitation.Pre-precipitation on flocculants dosing is greatly reduced, about 30%of the pre-precipitation.The experimental results showed that TP in the effluent in order to meet the emissions requirements only when the polymeric ferric sulfate dosage is 300mg/L.In addition,Cl-has some side effects for polymeric sulfate to remove TP.Study to determined grille—primary settling tank-cooling tower—SBBR—SBR—chemical phosphorus is the best matrix composite technology for corn alcohol wastewater. |
