The Application Research On Underground Pipelines Network Leak Detection Technology In Petrochemical Corporation

This paper introduces the water leakage detection technology in petrochemical enterprise applications,mainly in refinery plant,underground complex,the displacement of large,serious corrosion,inconvenient maintenance characteristics,survey of underground pipeline network corrosion status,determined the underground situation,ground network,linear,color and other attributes.At the same time,to carry out well survey,risk analysis,and safety measures and plans of.Paper pressure underground pipe network,without the pressure of underground pipeline and drainage pipeline leakage testing evaluation and so on,were determined for refinery pipelines leak detection technology.Through the study of the underground pipelines with different diameters,different materials,different pressure,buried depth and other factors on the impact of leakage detection,leakage,concise for petrochemical enterprises characteristics of the water leakage detection technology.The leak rate is achieved 90%,can effectively detect leakage position and leakage quantity,help users accurately to spread out repair work.
