Feasilibity Report Of Initializing A Project Of 3,000-ton Annual Production Of ?-glucanase For Baiyin Sino Lt.

The feasibility of the project of 3,000-ton annual production of ?-glulcanase was assayed in this study.Through the introduction of the unit responsible for this project,according to the requirement of the industrial development policy called "twelve five-year planning" passed by the national and local governments and the advantages of abundant local resources of straw which would be available for the potential development of the unit,the production of a safe,environmental friendly and efficient biocatalyzer—?-glucanase by the matual technology of submerged fermentation which has its own proprietary intellectual property rights had been proposed.This product,mainly utilized in industries of food,animal feed and textile,etc,possesses great potential of development and current development space in market.By site selection of the unit,design of resources supply by supplier,guarantee of energy supply,safety and sanitation of production,environmental requirement and operation management of organizations and apartments,discussion of staff arrangement and their trainings,and by presentation of the design and choosing of the main equipment for production and assistant facilities,the following items had been predicted.The construction for the project need an area of 5862.66 square meters,equipments about 341,stuff members of about 110.And the annual comsuption of straw was predicted to be nearly 8,000 tons.The project construction was assumed to take one year.Moreover,the total cost would be 39.84 million yuan,19.84 million yuan of which was self-raised fund or related national supporting fund,others were from bank loans.By financial analysis and assessment,this project was predicted to have annual sales of 95.10 million yuan with the average profit rate of 32.14%,net profit rate of 56.82%and profit rate before taxpaying of 49.85%and net present value of 161.683 million yuan(i=8%).Therefore,total cost would be covered theoretically for 3.55 years.From the assay,a conclusion could be drawn that this project complied with the national industrial policy and had great potential in market with little risk and prominent social profit,which would have significant effect of promotion on the fast,stable development of the unit,regulation of production structure and local industrailstructure as well.
