The research of chalcogenide compounds because of their unique physical and chemical properties and bright application future have always been concerned by scientific workers. The chalcogen elements Q(Q=sulfur, selenium, tellurium)locate in the VI A group of the periodic table which are unique bonding promising for the diversity of structure in photoconductive, nonlinearoptics, ion exchange, molecular sieve, chemical sensing in the field of inorganic functional materials with abnormal performance. To date, the main synthetic methods of the chalcogenides are solid phase synthesis, flux grown synthesis and Solvothermal(hydrothermal)synthesis. In this article,we choose diamine as solvent system to carry out solvothermal synthesis and the study of properties for the novel multinary antimony chalcogenides.(1)In ethylenediamine solvent system, solvothermal synthesized two kinds of quanternaery antimony chalcogenides compounds with transition metal comlex cations as counter ions[Co(1,2-dap)3]HgSb2Se5(1)and[Fe(1,2-dap)3]HgSb2Se5(2)(1,2-dap=1,2-diaminopropane).Meanwhile,crystals's structure, thermal stability, semiconductor properties have been characterized and studied.X-ray diffraction results show that compounds 1 and 2 are isostructural and both belong to triclinic,P-1 space group. The crystal lattice parameters were as follows:compound 1:a=1.1248(6)nm,b=1.1542(7)nm,c=1.2180(12)nm,?=96.779(13)°,Z=2;compound 2:a=1.1311(5)nm,b=1.1558(5)nm,c=1.2180(9)nm,?=97.241(9)°,Z=2.(2)In 1,2-diaminopropane solvent system, solvothermal synthesized antimony chalcogenides compounds with transition metal vanadium[V(1,2-dap)2SbSe3](3)(1,2-dap=1,2-diaminopropane).The compound 3 is isolated zero-dimensional(0D)structure,in which consist of the V3+ is chelated by two bidentate 1,2-dap molecules and one bidentate[SbSe33-]ligand.X-ray diffraction results show that compounds 3 belongs to monoclinic,P2(1)/c space group and the crystal lattice parameters were as follows:a=0.6672(2)nm,b?1.7459(6)nm,c=1.3314(5)nm,?=98.898(7)°,Z=4.(3)In 1,4-diaminobutane solvent system, solvothermal synthesized antimony chalcogenides compounds with protonated organic amine as counter ions(1,4-DABH2)Sb4S7(4)(1,4-DABH2=1,4-diaminobutane).The compound 4 consists of double protonated organic amine and double chains anionic[Sb4S72-].Meanwhile,crystals's structure, thermal stability, semiconductor properties have been characterized and studied.X-ray diffraction results show that compounds 4 belongs to triclinic,P-1 space group and the crystal lattice parameters were as follows:a=0.6009(4)nm,b=0.8989(7)nm,c=1.6548(12)nm,?=86.481(12)°,Z=2.(4)Based on the above synthetic routes, using ethylenediamine as solvent with antimony powder, solvothermal synthesized chalcogenides compounds Co(en)3(enH2)SeS4(5).The compound 5 consists of the Co3+ is chelated by organic amine,tetrahedron[SeS44-]and double protonated organic amine..X-ray diffraction results show that compounds 5 belongs to triclinic,P-1 space group. The crystal lattice parameters were as follows:a=0.88352(18)nm,b=0.9583(2)nm,c=1.4236(3)nm,?=92.385(3)°,Z=2.
