| Simultaneous distillation extraction instrument is widely used on extracting the volatile components of tobacco.This study observe the performance of a new SDE instrument——the single heating source SDE instrument(SH-SDE),and compare with the double heating source SDE instrument(DH-SDE)’s performance.The volatile components of tobacco was extracted by SH-SDE and detected by GC-MS and UV-Scan.Use the TIC atlas and UV-Scan atlas to identify the attribute of different fields and parts.The results as follows:1 Three different volatile compounds were extracted by SH-SDE.The extraction efficiency of these volatile compounds is above 85%and the RSD is blow 5%.This study shows the SH-SDE can have a high extraction efficiency and good stability.2 The best project of SH-SDE to extract tobacco volatile compounds is:the ratio of sample and distilled water is 1:25(10g tobacco sample and 250ml distilled water),20g NaCl,extract 3h can get the most amount of extracted tobacco volatile compounds.3 Use the DH-SDE and SH-SDE to extract the same tobacco sample and analyzed the volatile compounds by GC/MS under the same parameter condition.The results show 56 compounds can be detected by SH-SDE and 40 compounds can be detected by DH-SDE.4 Use SIMCA-P13 to modeling the UV-Scan atlas and TIC atlas of volatile compounds by SH-SDE.The results show the PLS-DA model can well recognize different fields by TIC atlas and UV-Scan atlas.5 Use the GC/MS Postrun Analysis to analyze the different volatile compounds of tow production places.The results show that 5 different volatile compounds are found of two places,they are beta.-Damascone,(5Z)-6,10-Dimethyl-5,9-undecadien-2-one,.alpha.,2,2,6-tetramethyl-Cyclohexenebutanal,2,6,10,14-tetramethylpentadecane,Phytane.6 The convenience of useful are be compared between tow SDE instruments through experimental process in this study.The results shows the SH-SDE is more convenience,smaller space usage,less reagent,lower cost of production than DH-SDE.This study showsThis study shows SH-SDE have good stability and high extraction efficiency.SH-SDE is more convenience than DH-SDE.UV-Scan and TIC can recognize the different regions of Luzhou tobacco.But the progress to get UV-Scan is more convenience than TIC. |
