In oilfield development and oil refining production processes,large of oily sludge were produced.Study on Integrated control technology of the oily sludge,will not only eliminate its environmental hazards,also has an important significance for resource utilization and the sustainable development of oil production.Large of oily sludge produced in the process of production of Gan gu yi oilfield,and trended to increase year after year.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out research on oily sewage treatment technology,to eliminate the direct and potential harm to the environment pollution,realize the high efficiency of oily sludge,harmless treatment and reuse.Based on the analysis of the basis of Gan gu yi oilfield oily sludge composition and characteristics,respectively,the biodegradation treatment,sludge profile control and mechanical separation technology for oily sludge treatment were Carried out respectively to explore applicable treatment methods and technique for oily sludge of Gan gu yi oilfield.The results show that:(1)Oily sludge 'color was black,brown or yellow,its average water content was 33.8%,the average oil content was 15.3%,the average relative density was 1.455,pH was about 7.2.The average particle size of was 33.75 ?m,(2)Microbial inoculation made the oil content in oily sludge decreased significantly,its Oil removal rate reached to 85%~95%,(3)Used as profile control agent,oily sludge has good salt resistance,high temperature resistance,shear resistance,easy to squeeze large doses of flooding compared to other chemical profile control agent.It is inexpensive,and had good flooding effect.Howere,this treatment was unable to dispose all of the sludge produced for lesser profile control wells of the oilfield,(4)Effective method suitable for Gangu oilfield oily sludge dewatering is post conditioning mechanical separation technology.Regulating the oily sludge pH reached to 7.0 fristly,then adding organic conditioner(12000000 cation PAM)and surface 2.0mg/L(SP)30mg/L to the oily sludge,stirring the mixture for15 min.The dewatering time of the centrifugal device is 20 min,and the water content of the sludge is above 50%.(5)The "pretreatment + oil sludge separation and dehydration technology of sludge treatment,supporting dosing and heating system,may realize the effective treatment for oily sludge of Ganguyi Oil Production Plant.
