Carbon nanotubes are widely used in the fields of composite materials,sensors,photoelectric materials,biological medicine and so on,because of its unique one-dimensional structure,excellent mechanics,electricity and optics properties,However,compared with disordered carbon nanotubes,aligned multi-walled carbon nanotubes(AMCNTs)are more excellent due to the orderly arrangement,same length,vertical one-dimensional point,and the same structural properties.But the"lazy" chemical properties limit its application that they should attained in actual applications.Therefore we need to change the properties to make it have more wide applications by functionalization,grafting or physical modifying to get other functional groups.In this paper,asymmetric modification of AMCNTs's both ends were conducted,and on the basis of electrochemical properties,the modified product were treated as the additive in polyaniline,and enhancing the supercapactive property was discussed.The main works are as follows:(1)With method of chemical vapor deposition,iron phthalocyanine was cracked under 900? aligned multi-walled carbon nanotubes were growed orderly on quartz plate.The both ends of AMCNTs were modified with two different functional groups:hydrophilic group and hydrophobic group.FT-IR test,water contact angle test,dispersivity experiment,Raman spectrum test and EDX test were adopted to confirm the synthesis of AMCNTs with different properties.We believe the study will pave the way for carbon nanotube in the practical application.(2)The AMCNTs were grafted with carboxyl by chemical oxidation,then in-situ combaned with aniline to obtain carbon nanotube-polyaniline(ACNTs/PANi)composite material.UV Vis absorption,cyclic voltammetry,charge discharge test,impedance and TEM test were performed.Compared with commercial CNTs and PANi,our ACNTs/PANi have better electrical conductivity and capacitance.
