| With the increasing demand of the market in our country,the demand of food processing machinery is increasing;the performance requirements are also gradually improved.The study of fumigation oven in China is still relatively weak,and the related technology is still in the blank.It makes that enterprises design of meat fumigation oven mainly is to imitating and copying foreign product,technical level is not high,lack of capacity for independent innovation.In this paper,the key technology of the fumigation oven is studied by using CFD method,and it improves the heat transfer efficiency by improving the structure of heat exchange system and heating system.It can improve the design technology of the food processing machinery in the fumigation oven.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The paper takes the core part of the heat exchange system as the research object.the analysis is carried out on the imported main channel of U type heat exchanger and structure improvement scheme is given;And the spiral type heat exchanger date of the simulation results are analyzed and a simple and practical design formula is obtained.(2)To study the flow field of the heating system,that is the flow state of the smoke gas in the heating chamber;This paper improves the structure of the heating chamber,improves the flow field distribution and Improves the quality and efficiency of food processing;Based on the research of heating warehouse,this paper put forward a new idea for food.(3)Design experiment scheme.Experiment verifies the simulation model and the validity of the improved structure and the rationality of the simulation results. |
