| The quantitative analysis of alloy steel with LIBS is a hot and difficult problem in LIBS research.In this problem this paper studies spectral line automatic recognization and elemental composition quantitative analysis,which contains two main parts:one is developing the spectral line recognization software based on spectral line recognization algorithm and atomic spectrum software database,the other is studying elemental composition analysis method based on multipoint laser ablation on sample surface and external standard method.In the development of spectral line recognization software,this paper establishes the spectral line auto recognization algorithm,and database software based on the latest NIST Atomic Spectra Database,and thus develop a spectral line recognization software based on graphical user interface.The software database is the basis of accurate recognization of elemental spectral lines,which is trimmed and formatted from the NIST atomic spectral database.Spectral line automatic recognization algorithm is the guarantee of accurate recognization of elemental spectral line.Spectral line auto recognization software is able to accommodate multiple-element spectral lines simultaneous automatic recognization of any complex alloy system,reduce manual selection of spectral line and the recognization of the spectra of the complex operation,and increase the accuracy of recognization elements.In the elemental composition analysis method,this paper firstly presents a method of multipoint laser ablation on sample surface to overcome the influence of uneven sampling,and then uses the above automatic recognition technology to identify each element spectral line of GSB03-2028-2006 stainless steel standard sample series,and then builds the work curve of each element by external standard method,finally judge the accuracy of the work curve and repeatability of analyzing the unknown sample with reference to GB/T 223.79-2007 standard,GB/T11170-2008 standard and a metallurgical enterprise standard.The research shows that the automatic recognization software and the elemental composition analysis method in this paper can be used to analyze the low content elements of alloy steel such P and S,et al. |
