The phosphorus can segregate in grain boundary, and it will cause steel ductile-brittle significantly. So dephosphorization in steel production is very important.In this paper, base on the thermodynamics and kinetics condition, the design and experiment of dephosphorization process was made, and the analyses of single slag process, double slag process and duplex process method were made.And the parameters analyzed are FeO, R and temperature. The results show that in the single slag process, average [P] is0.010%and54%of total experiments can be controlled under0.010%, but not stability; In the double slag process,[P] can stability be control under0.010%, and the average value is0.007%, the lowest value is0.004%,38%of experiments can be controlled under0.006%; In the duplex process,[P] can stability be controlled under0.008%, the average value is0.0046%, the lowest value is0.003%,80%of the experiments can be controlled under0.005%. And the duplex process can greatly improve the effectiveness of dephosphorization for the production of low phosphorus steel.
