In people's daily lives and many petrochemical enterprises,the phenomenon of gas-liquid two-phase flow in pipelines is very common,such as in the production of chemicals,petroleum production,energy and power engineering,and transportation of oil and gas pipelines.In the process,the refrigeration industry of air conditioners will have questions about gas-liquid two-phase flow.When we study the gas-liquid two-phase flow,we must use the two-phase flow pattern as the cornerstone.When we want to deal with the problems caused by the two-phase flow,then we must accurately identify the two-phase flow pattern.To be able to correctly identify the flow pattern of the gas-liquid two-phase flow,it is necessary to use appropriate methods to extract the characteristics of the flow pattern.Nowadays,the problem of studying the flow pattern of gas-liquid two-phase flow has always existed.At present,many professionals can identify the flow pattern of gas-liquid two-phase flow through many methods.At present,a hot research topic in many engineering fields is how to use some modern scientific and technical measures to identify the flow pattern of two-phase flow more quickly and accurately in the identification of gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern.In this paper,by using the high-definition camera in the embedded system to shoot the pipeline in the built experimental platform,and extract the appropriate gas-liquid two-phase flow image,because the use of high-definition camera to capture the gas-liquid two-phase flow image has a strong sense of It has the advantages of good angle from far to advance,strong color contrast and good instantaneousness.In the embedded system,we write a Python program to detect the gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern,and introduce alarge number of Open CV functions into the program.Considering the effect of the background of the video image on the two-phase flow pattern,the program uses Image processing techniques such as mean shift,dilation,color space conversion,and contour extraction in Open CV extract the flow pattern contour of the gas-liquid two-phase flow from the image.After extracting the characteristics of the target to be measured in the binary image,due to the laminar flow,wavy flow and bubbly flow in the gas-liquid two-phase flow,the Hough transform method can be used to identify the flow pattern,but for complex flow The type Hough transform is restrictive and cannot be detected effectively.Here we can monitor the flowing image online by the algorithm combining Hough transform and edge fitting,so as to identify the flow pattern of the two-phase flow.The experimental results show that this method has a better ability to identify the plug flow in the pipeline.
