In recent years,the rapid development of industrialization has brought tremendous welfare to people's lives and caused irreversible damage to the environment.Compared with heavy metal ions,anion pollution is often ignored.As people's understanding continues to change,due to the main role of anions in chemical,biological and environmental determination,the design of methods for selective identification and detection of various anions has become a very important research field.Among various anions,the fluoride ion(F~-)with the smallest ion radius,the highest charge density and strong Lewis acidity is a trace element necessary for human beings,and is closely related to some life activities of the human body,such as tooth and bone tissue metabolism.A small amount of F~-can promote teeth and strengthen bones;and a large amount of fluorine will damage the body's immune system,resulting in multiple organ disease.The sensitive and rapid detection of fluoride ion is of great significance.In this thesis,through the rational design and synthesis of new small-molecule fluorescent probes,two kinds of triarylboron-based organic small analysis fluorescent probes were successfully constructed,and F~-efficient and sensitive identification and detection were achieved.The main results of this thesis are as follows:1.We designed and synthesized a fluorescent probe TN-F based on naphthalimide and triarylboron structure for detecting F~-.The probe realized the rapid detection of F~-in tetrahydrofuran(THF)solution(1 min).In the presence of interfering substances,the probe TN-F showed high selectivity and sensitivity to F~-.The detection limit reached 0.63?M.2.Designed and synthesized a fluorescent probe TP-F with triarylboron and pyridylamine structure for detecting F~-.The probe realizes rapid detection of F~-in tetrahydrofuran(THF)solution(1 min).In the presence of interfering substances,the probe TP-F shows very high selectivity and sensitivity to F~-.The detection limit is 0.24?M.In summary,in this study,through the rational design of triarylboron compounds,and through further optimization of the probe structure and detection system,two organic small molecule fluorescent probes containing triarylboron were successfully constructed.It realizes the efficient and rapid detection of F~-,and compares the difference between two probes with different structures to detect F~-.This research provides a research basis and guidance for the application of triarylboron small organic fluorescent probes in the field of biological analysis,and also provides new methods and ideas for constructing more efficient and sensitive small organic fluorescent probes of this type.
