3D measurement technology is gradually emerging in today's rapidly developing society,meeting People's Daily needs and improving people's living standards.3d measurement of objects has been gradually applied in the fields of reverse design,industrial manufacturing and detection,medical rehabilitation,antique inspection and so on.Because of the high precision,has the non-contact,the advantages of wide measuring range,active projection of structured light 3D measurement technology obtains the consistent high praise,but the nonlinear error and phase error optimization problems in the digital projection equipment,as well as the camera and projector calibration problems,reconstruction of 3D measurement and fault phase recovery phase solution package,are the key technology of 3D measurement system needs to solve the problem.In the case of extremely harsh use conditions,scholars have developed a relatively ideal 3D measurement system,using the method of lifting phase unwrapping algorithm to overcome the problem of uneven surface,complex shape and reflection of the measured object,and greatly improve the measurement accuracy.In this paper,the optical three-dimensional contour measurement system key technology has carried on the deep discussion,under the condition of existing test and the difficulties encountered in the actual experiment of source,find problems in timely summarizes the cause of the problem,in combination with other scholars put forward the improvement method of consolidation,in the summary method put forward their own innovation and ideas,improve in optical three-dimensional contour measurement accuracy and efficiency.Theoretical elaboration,experimental content and method innovation are presented in the following:(1)Through the calibration test of the camera and the projector,the most appropriate calibration algorithm is selected to reduce the error of the calibration data and record the calibration data results.A variety of coordinate systems,pinhole models and camera lens distortion are introduced and studied.This method does not need to determine the size of the reference object and the target motion parameters,and the target can be calibrated after two or more turns in front of the camera lens.Experiments show that this method can extract corner points efficiently and quickly and reduce errors effectively.(2)discuss how in the same phase solution package algorithm in the three-dimensional reconstructions of phase demodulation accuracy is higher,the resulting from the discontinuous phase truncation solution package in continuous phase was studied,and improved a correction of continuous phase one by one,sectional slope of the new processing method,sectional fitting correction of continuous phase,makes the continuous phase jitter of slash,eventually making the object three-dimensional topography reconstructions stability improved.(3)in an actual optical three-dimensional contour measurement experiment,through the different phase solution package algorithm of Fourier transform profilometry and four-step phase shift method,two kinds of commonly used phase demodulation and the advantages and disadvantages of three dimensional morphology reduction are analyzed,and finally select four step phase-shift method for phase demodulation,and phase error compensation algorithm is adopted to eliminate the cycle broadening and projector Gamma effect caused by the error.
