In recent years.3D printing has been used widely due to high efficiency and low cost,in many medical fields.such as human organs and tissues,anatomical models and custom implant manufacturing.In the manufacturing industry of denture,3D printing technology and process equipment have achieved rapid development.But,urrently the geometric accuracy and mechanical properties of 3D printed parts are low usually.and there are many shortcomings of the printed dentures,in the aesthetics and quality.Therefore.studying the applicable 3D printing technology of dentures and developing efficient 3D printing devices based on the theory of electrohydro Dynamics have important application research value for improving the manufacturing accuracy and mechanical properties of dentures.The main research contents are as follows:To improve the printing accuracy of dentures,numerical simulation methods are used to study and analyze the influence of electric field,pressure field,velocity field and fine cone jet flow field on denture 3D printing based on electrohydro dynamics.The simulation results show that the cone jet can be formed under the action of electric field force.Under the constant pressure condition,the jet cone half angle first decreases and then increases with the increase of voltage,under constant voltage condition,the jet cone half angle first decreases with the increase of pressure.Increase after small.To ensure that the zirconium dioxide printing slurry has good process performance and improve the printing accuracy of the denture,and to realize the rapid replacement of printing nozzles of different sizes,the structure design of the 3D printing nozzle is completed.First of all,a heating device is designed to ensure the fluidity of the zirconium dioxide printing slurry in real time.An ultrasonic device is also designed to achieve acceleration.A print nozzle matrix with an elliptical hot melt cavity is also designed to realize the printing material.The slurry is heated evenly and quickly.A laser device is also designed to laser sinter the surface of the printed denture in real time to prevent flow from affecting the printing accuracy.In addition,the metal sheet is connected to the high-voltage power supply,and the needle connecting cylinder,fixing nut,and clamping are designed.The cylinder body guarantees the fixation of the printing nozzle and realizes the high efficiency and high precision printing of the denture.The experimental plan was designed,the experimental platform was built.and the cone half-angle was measured.The experimental verification results show that the 3D printing process of denture based on electrohydro dynamics can improve the accuracy of denture printing.
