| Fiber laser has the advantages of good beam quality,high efficiency,good heat dissipation,compact structure and high reliability.Er-doped fiber lasers with output wavelength in the 1.5μm band can be used in fields such as optical fiber communications,biomedicine and lidar.Tm-doped fiber lasers with output wavelength in the 2μm band can be used in fields such as biomedicine,materials processing and lidar.Based on the background of Er-doped pulse fiber lasers and Tm-doped pulse fiber lasers in biomedical applications,Er-doped pulse fiber laser and Tm-doped pulse fiber laser are investigated in this paper.The primary contents are shown as follows:1.The research background of this article is introduced.The applications and research progress of Er-doped fiber lasers are introduced.The applications and research progress of Tm-doped fiber lasers are introduced.2.Research on the fabrication method of low repetition rate Er-doped pulse laser was carried out.A 1 kHz low repetition rate Er-doped pulse fiber laser was fabricated based on gain-switch method.The center wavelength of the laser is 156nm and the out put power is 125mW.A pump source with a wavelength of 1535nm was fabricated.Synchronous pulse pumping technology was used to amplify the low repetition pulse fiber laser,and finally 1.1W output power in the wavelength of 1562nm was obtained.3.Research on the fabrication method of high repetition rate Er-doped pulse laser was carried out.The seed source is a pulse-modulated semiconductor super-radiation light emitting diode with center wavelength of 1546nm,3B bandwidth close to 50nm,repetition rate of 1MHz,and output power of 19μW.Cascade core pump was used in amplification,and output power of 120mW was obtained.Cladding pump was used in amplification,and output power greater than 3W was obtained.The Er-doped pulse fiber laser was packaged.The Er-doped fiber laser performed well in practical test.4.Research on Tm-doped fiber laser was carried out.Tm-doped pulse fiber laser was fabricated using the Em-doped pulse fiber laser as pump source.The Tm-doped pulse fiber laser centered at 1952nm with an output power of 1.2W.The Tm-doped pulse fiber laser was packaged.The Tm-doped fiber laser performed well in practical test. |
