China is one of the countries most affected by landslide disasters in the world.Mountains and plateaus account for 69% of the country 's land area, causing landslides and other geological disasters to occur frequently.China's geological disasters have the characteristics of wide coverage, complicated disaster mechanism, large destructive power, and deep impact, which have caused significant losses to the lives and property of the people.Since 2017,cumulative geological disasters have caused 83.3 million disasters across the country,402 people have been killed by the disaster,129 people have disappeared, and direct economic losses of 170.46 billion yuan have been caused.China's geological disasters mainly include landslides, landslides, mudslides, ground collapses, etc.Among them, landslides are the most numerous and most harmful. With the development of Geographic Information System(GIS),Remote Sensing(RS)and Support Vector Machine(Support Vector Machine,SVM)models, the use of GIS powerful spatial analysis, data management and processing, visualization and mapping The advantages of function and RS in obtaining quantitative landslide feature data, information extraction, etc.,to make accurate and effective landslide susceptibility assessment and landslide risk analysis in the study area are of great significance for the study of landslide disaster risk analysis and prevention. This paper uses GIS,RS and SPSS software combined with SVM method and qualitative data analysis method to conduct landslide disaster risk analysis and prevention research with Badong County as the research area. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Assessment of susceptibility to landslide disaster based on SVM modelOn the basis of data management,by analyzing the data in the study area, seven factors such as elevation, slope, aspect, fault, engineering rock group, water system, vegetation index are selected as the landslide susceptibility evaluation factors. The correlation analysis of these factors was carried out by using Pearson correlation coefficient in SPSS software to ensure the accuracy of selection factors of landslide susceptibility evaluation.Through the seven kinds of evaluation factors extracted, the SVM model is established to obtain the statistical analysis of the landslide susceptibility index in the study area, and the zoning map of the landslide susceptibility in the study area.2.Risk analysis and results of landslideThrough the qualitative analysis of the population distribution and housing construction data in the study area, the population distribution density map and the residential building distribution map of the study area can be obtained, and then as the surrounding population increases, the area where humans live is in contradiction with the local ecological environment in conclusion.Excessive population demand will eventually break the balance of natural ecosystems, resulting in frequent occurrence of geological disasters.3.Combining the landslide susceptibility results, population distribution density map and residential building distribution map,the landslide risk results in the study area can be finally obtained. The population density and housing construction have a great impact on the stability of landslides in areas where landslides are likely to occur, and theexisting landslides pose a great threat to the safety and property of urban residents.Combining the susceptibility of landslides with the results of landslide risk, further recommendations for landslide disaster prevention and mitigation were obtained. The innovations are as follows:1.Through qualitative analysis to study the distribution of population and the distribution of buildings in the area, combined with the susceptibility results of landslides, the landslide risk results are obtained.2.Combining the susceptibility of landslides with the results of landslide risk,we have further obtained suggestions for disaster prevention and mitigation.
