Phosphorus is a natural,non-renewable resource, accounting for about 2% of plant stem weight, which is not only involved in the regulation of cell structural composition(nucleic acid, phospholipid and atp)and many physiological and biochemical processes, but also crucial in the transmission of genetic information, energy conversion, etc.Because phosphorus itself has poor mobility and is easily bound by some metals,it is more difficult for crops to absorb phosphorus. In recent years, more and more research has been done on phosphorus-soluble microorganisms. It is a kind of phosphate that can be absorbed by plants in soil by mineralizing it into a form that can be absorbed and utilized by plants by using its own secretions or synergy with other organisms. In a certain range, crop yield is positively related to phosphorus uptake, which plays an irreplaceable role in the soil plant animal ecosystem on which human beings depend for survival. Many countries have now elevated phosphate reserves to a strategic reserve.so phosphorus plays an important role. The organic phosphorus in the soil of our country accounts for 29%-90% of the total phosphorus, which is an important part of the soil phosphorus reservoir. It exists in the form of inositol, phospholipid, nucleic acid and lipoprotein, and can only be used by crops if it is converted into soluble inorganic phosphorus under the action of enzymes. The total phosphorus content of soil in our country is high, generally 0.02%-0.11%,the ineffective phosphorus in cultivated land soil in our country accounts for more than 95%,and the phosphorus content that can be used by plants is very limited, which is also the reason for the phosphorus element “abundant but not rich”in cultivated land soil in our country. How to ensure high yield and good quality of crops while reducing the use of phosphate fertilizer is an urgent problem to demand engineering. How to improve the utilization rate of phosphorus in soil, excavate the potential phosphorus reservoir and turn it into the available state phosphorus for crop absorption and utilization is an urgent problem to be solved in the sustainable development of agriculture today,at the same time,it is of great significance to the sustainable development of agriculture in China. The experiment was divided into two parts. The control group was inoculated with AMF fungi in the root chamber and the control group was not inoculated with the AMF fungi.available phosphorus content, available organophosphorus content in rhizosphere soil;acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase activity and other main physiological indexes and enzyme activity indexes in mycelium soil. The results showed that :1,the dry weight, soil total phosphorus content, plant total phosphorus content and soil available phosphorus content in the soil connected to AMF fungi were significantly higher than those in the soil without AMF fungi;2,the activity of acid phosphatase was stronger than that of alkaline phosphatase without additional supply of carbon source, but the activity of alkaline phosphatase was higher than that of acid phosphatase if carbon source was added to soil.3.when the carbon source is fructose and the concentration is 50 mg/kg,the AMF fungi can maximize their phosphorus release function;4,when only calcium phytate is added to the hyphal chamber as the phosphorus source, the concentration of 10 mg/kg can maximize the AMF phosphorus release function.
