Reliability analysis is very important in industry,agriculture,military and life.The equipment has the advantages of high precision,high performance,high safety and low failure rate.In order to solve the problems of traditional reliability test,such as long time,high economic cost and inaccurate estimation,the method of weak coupling simulation based on accelerated life test is used to obtain equipment failure data.The rationality and accuracy of the data obtained from the accelerated coupling test were verified by the fatigue wear test and the reliability evaluation algorithm.The accelerated coupling test aims to reduce the time and economic cost,improve the reliability research level and apply it to all walks of life.In this paper,the fluid extraction system of blood cell analyzer was taken as the research object.Based on the accelerated life test theory,the velocity and load stress in the boundary conditions required by Adams simulation are accelerated by the step-stress test method.The inverse power law model is selected as the acceleration model.At the same time,the same accelerated life test method was used to accelerate the air velocity and temperature in the boundary conditions required by Fluent Ansys simulation,and the Arrhenius model was used as the acceleration model.After obtaining the parameters of the limit motion state and the limit environment respectively,coupling simulation of the physical field was carried out with Workbench Static Structural.By analyzing the deformation direction,total deformation amount and elastic strain strength of the components of the liquid extraction system,the failure time of the liquid extraction system and the corresponding parameter values were obtained,and the failure time function was established.In order to verify the rationality and accuracy of the data obtained from the accelerated coupling test,the i-form algorithm and the fatigue wear test were used to verify the data.I-FORM algorithm is used to establish the mathematical model of the failure time function obtained from the accelerated coupling test.Further,on the premise of the same data,i-form algorithm and other reliability evaluation algorithms are compared with the empirical distribution.The comparison results not only verify that i-form algorithm is superior to other reliability evaluation algorithms,but also further verify the accuracy of the data obtained from the accelerated coupling test.On the premise of the same model and boundary conditions,the data obtained from the fatigue wear test and the accelerated coupling test were compared.According to the results,it was found that the accelerated coupling test had the advantages of short time,small reliability error and low sensitivity,which verified the rationality and feasibility of the accelerated coupling test method.
