With the rapid development of ultrasound diagnosis technology,medical ultrasound examination has become one of the most important means of disease detection.However,there is a risk of cross-infection between different patients when patients are examined using ultrasound diagnostic equipment.In order to solve this problem,some domestic enterprises have produced disposable isolation sleeve,The medical staff wraps it on the surface of the probe by hand for ultrasonic inspection,Although it can avoid the possibility of cross-infection,but manual hanging sleeve will increase the labor intensity of medical staffand inefficiency.For this reason,this paper takes the isolation sleeve as the research object,and designs an automatic bracing device for the isolation sleeve of ultrasonic probe.The main research contents are as follows:According to the technical requirements of the automatic support device,the overall design plan is proposed.Perform motion mechanism analysis,its working principle is:Install the isolation sleeve and the box into the automatic transmission mechanism to realize the continuous supply of the isolation sleeve;Move the isolation sleeve to the position of the upper manipulator by the support sleeve manipulator and stretche a certain size;Place the ultrasonic probe on the isolated sleeve.After the upper sleeve command is issued,the upper manipulator starts to move,the hook clawswill hook the two sides of the isolation sleeve and move for a distance,and then released.Under the action of the elasticity of the isolation sleeve,it covers the surface of the ultrasonic probe.Based on the design of the isolation sleeve and the box,the core mechanism of the automatic support device is designed.The core mechanism includes automatic sleeve feeding mechanism,supporting sleeve mechanism and hanging sleeve mechanism.The specific design methods are: By planning the transmission path of the isolation sleeve,the automatic transmission mechanism is designed;Through the analysis of the trajectory of the support sleeve,the paper designs the shear linkage mechanism,thenestablish the centroid movement equation of the claw bar,and simulate the movement trajectory through MATLAB;Analyze the motion mechanism of manual hanging sleeve andextract the motion track of a characteristic point,and adopt the method of combining screw guide rail and path planning technology to design the upper sleeve,which can realize automatic hanging sleeve instead of manual hands.Carry out the spatial layout of each functional mechanism of the automatic support device.Complete the assembly of the virtual prototype.The mathematical model of the scissor-type linkage mechanism was established by vector analysis method,and the motion simulation analysis of the support manipulator was carried out by using Adams software.Carry out dynamic simulation analysis on the support manipulator,establish a parametric model of the link mechanism,and optimize the design based on the generalized gradient algorithm to obtain the minimum driving torque of the link mechanism and the optimized size of each member.Perform stress analysis and calculation on the automatic support device,and use ANSYS software for finite element analysis to verify whether the strength and stiffness requirements are met.Under the condition of not affecting the use performance,the topological optimization of the guide plate of the key components and the lightweight design of the claw arm.
