Tillage layer soil as the most valuable soil is the basis of crop production.There are serious problems in many aspects such as geospatial monitoring,comprehensive soil quality assessment,and implementation of exfoliation of farmland in the process of soil stripping in the cultivation layer,and there is a lack of evaluation and method guidance.Through the analysis of the characteristics of soil,the mutual influences of various factors in the soil were obtained,and with each factor as an indicator,the mathematical rice properties of soil stripping in the tillage layer were studied.This paper takes the location of the soil stripping project in the plowing layer of the Qingdao New Airport as the research area,and obtains land use data to realize the model construction of soil stripping process in the tillage layer.The stripping of the soil in the tillage layer is an integrated process from the sample placement to the comprehensive evaluation of the soil quality and then to the soil layer thickness prediction in the tillage layer.In this paper,a variety of influencing factors are used as indicators.After the discretization of the plots in the study area,the K-means clustering method is used to achieve the optimal clustering of the attribute values of the discrete points,and the clustered points are used as the representative of the most plot attributes,which is the optimal sampling point.The Kriging interpolation method was used to test the accuracy of the cluster results by using the Kriging interpolation method.The sampling points were optimized based on the detection results of outliers and external factors such as roads and rivers.Finally,the locations of the samples were determined and the locations of the samples were used for soil survey.Sampling and testing,with the results obtained from the comprehensive evaluation of soil physical properties,soil fertility,the soil fertility grade index;the results of a variety of total metal pollution indicators using single factor and Nemero pollution index to evaluate soil heavy metal pollution index;Second,this article The SQI index was optimized by introducing a comprehensive soil grade number to obtain a comprehensive soil quality index in the study area.After quantitative comparative analysis of the above four soil quality assessment methods,the superiority of the improved SQI index soil comprehensive quality assessment method was obtained.Finally,based on the impact weights of various factors analyzed in the paper and the results of soil quality,a TSSM model for soil layer stripping in cultivated layer was proposed and selected.Selecting the maximum soil depth HMAX in the barrier layer as a soil layer indicator in the tillage layer can well reflect the soil in the tillage layer.The maximum depth that can be achieved and predict soil stripping thickness in the study area.After comparing with the actual soil stripping thickness,the average thickness error of soil stripping in the cultivated layer in the study area reached 0.2cm,reflecting the applicability and accuracy of the model.However,due to the lack of data on the soil effective soil layer and soil profile structure is optimized(100 points),the model may be further improvement in the comprehensive soil quality evaluation and the accuracy of soil layer stripping thickness prediction in the cultivation layer.
