The phenolic substance is an important material or intermediate for modern chemical industry,which is widely used in many fields.The irreversible damage to animals and plants can be caused by phenolic waste-water.Recently,many technologies are applied to remove the phenolic substances in the wastewater.Among them,biological treatment of phenol wastewater has the advantages of low operating cost and no secondary pollution.However,due to the toxicity of phenolic compounds,it is necessary to introduce an efficient microbial agent into the biochemical system,so that it can better resist the toxic impact load of phenol.The main purpose of topic is to explore and cultivate high-efficiency phenoldegrading bacteria agentia.Three strains of efficient phenol-degrading bacteria were obtained by culturing,concentrating,domesticating,screening and separating from the activated sludge of a petrochemical aerobic system.The morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics were preliminarily identified as bacillus,two of which are bacillus cereus and Lysinibacillus boronitolerans respectively by the identification of 16 Sr DNA.When the initial concentration of phenol was 300 mg/L,three strains coud degrade it completely within 24 h,and the growth of strains were synchronuous with the degradation of phenol.Astrain of Alcaligenes faecalis,which has good degrading effect of phenol,were used to mix with these three strains in laboratory.Via orthogonal experiment to verify,The mixed strains were prepared in accordance with Bacillus cereus-1: Bacillus cereus-2: Lysinibacillus boronitolerans: alcaligenes faecalis = 2:4:1:4,and applied to the phenolic wastewater of a petrochemical enterprise.The experiment shows that the mixed strains can enhance the treatment effect of biochemical system by the synergistic reaction with the activated sludge in the original system,and achieve the effect of phenol-degrading in wastewater of this enterprise.
