Basic surveying and mapping,as a career with the feature of public welfare and fundamentality,can provide corresponding geographic information support to the economic and social development as well as national defense construction.It is the basic condition and important guarantee for macro-control,scientific decision,administrative management and planning and construction of governments at all levels and all the departments.Tengzhou Land and Resources Bureau decided to fully integrate resources it has already had and fully activate geographic space frame construction project of digital Tengzhou to promote economic development and the progress of the city's informatization under the energetic support of Land and Resources Bureau of Shandong Province according to requirements of Notice on Further Accelerating the Progress of Digital City Construction of State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping.Based on the conditions above,this paper studies on the production methods of3 D products in the construction of geographic information database based on digitization and large scale according to actual situations of 3D large-scale products of digital Tengzhou.Major working contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Study on the data acquisition method for digital line drawing(DLG).Study the key technology in the extraction of DLG data through space vision 4.2 all-digital photogrammetric work station,establish the comparison table of census element code and fundamental geographic information classification code of large-scale fundamental geographic information database,instruct the extraction of DLG data,and conduct experimental analysis.(2)Study on the generating technology of digital elevation model(DEM).After characteristic points and lines are extracted,we will generate DEM in different blocks,and examine DEM grid points to make sure that they are close to the ground.Modify the characteristic points and lines to regenerate DEM when there are large errors,or modify DEM directly until it meets precision requirements.(3)Study on the generating technology of Document Object Model(DOM).It will be manufactured by the digital differential rectification method.The DEM data produced will be used to conduct digital differential rectification on the photo.Samples will be taken again to acquire monolithic digital Document Object Model(DOM).After that,the procedures like mosaic,smoothing,framing and so on will be done.Eventually,the DOM data in the tested area will be formed,arranged and submitted.
