| Tian gong kai wu,written by song ying xing in Ming dynasty,is a classic of Chinese ancient science and technology,and an important text for studying Chinese ancient technical knowledge.The Needham paradigm has long been the dominant paradigm in the study of tian gong kai wu.The concept of "Needham paradigm" was only put forward by the academic circle in recent years.It refers to that Needham used the knowledge standard and classification system of mathematical experimental science to sort out the knowledge of ancient Chinese science and technology and conduct the research on the history of ancient Chinese science and technology.This paper intends to make an in-depth analysis of the "Needham paradigm" in the study of tian gong kai wu,and to evaluate the research achievements and existing problems based on this paradigm.It is not accidental that song ying xing wrote the technical encyclopedia tian gong kai wu in his life,which reflects the context of social and cultural life and the level of production technology development in the Ming dynasty.The "Needham paradigm" originated from the near modernization process of saving the country from extinction and transforming the world.On the one hand,the exploration and recognition of ancient Chinese science and technology by this paradigm greatly promoted the research on the history of ancient Chinese science and technology.On the other hand,it has the cultural effect of enhancing national dignity and inspiring national spirit.This paradigm,however,the study of "characterized by open content easily lead to excessive scientific interpretation,the philosophy is natural philosophy and technology are also prone to cause excessive the sinicization of digging,easily come out of the traditional Chinese cultural context,make its technical knowledge from the risk of life world,it may even be degenerate into a kind of mindset,hinder" characterized by open item "the research of the diversity and richness. |
