The accuracy of the mine measurement data directly determines the safe production and economic benefits of the mine,so it is necessary to strengthen the research on the accuracy of the mine measurement data.In view of the influence of the underground working environment and working methods,the measurement method is relatively simple.The whole downhole work is controlled by the way of laying the traverse.The overall control cannot be achieved,but the layout is gradually carried out with the continuous advancement of the roadway.Out of the same level of expansion,step-by-step distribution characteristics,plus most of the current mine surveying staff usually use the approximate adjustment method to adjust the level of the conductors step by step,which theoretically there is precision loss.In order to determine the accuracy and reliability of the data processing by the step-by-step adjustment method,whether the calculation results can meet the requirements of downhole work.Based on the indirect adjustment and the indirect adjustment mathematical model with constraints,combined with the characteristics of mine measurement data processing,the paper developed a traverse network program that can adjust the gyro edge and adjust the gyro edge in C language.Two kinds of typical step-by-step distributed traverse network step-by-step adjustment,the whole network adjustment of the gyro side,the error of the whole network adjustment point and the relative point difference analysis,summed up the downhole traverse network level by level The law of the difference in precision loss.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the premise that the actual gyro edge is the strong edge in the actual underground traverse network data processing,the algorithm for estimating the approximate coordinates of the traverse network adjustment is supplemented,and the in-situ adjustment model with the constraint condition is used to realize the underground.Add the traverse mesh adjustment program of the gyro side.(2)According to the regular analysis of the point coordinate comparison results of the stepwise adjustment and the entire network adjustment,it is found that the relative point difference value in the stepwise adjustment of the staggered traverse network and the angle closure difference in the stepwise adjustment of the conductors at all levels With the same change rule,the distortion of the mesh type will not accumulate step by step,while the stepwise adjustment of the stepped wire network is the opposite.(3)According to the regular analysis of the results of the comparison of the errors in the adjustment points between the stepwise adjustment and the entire network adjustment,it is concluded that the stepwise adjustment accuracy loss rates of the staggered traverse network are 2.1%,15.5%,29.3%,and 37.8%The stepwise adjustment accuracy loss rate of the stepped wire network is 20.9%,27.2%,13.6%,and 19.3%,respectively.The comprehensive comparison proves that the staggered wire network is superior to the step traverse network when the downhole traverse is adjusted step by step.It is hoped that it can provide a reference for the actual layout and accuracy control of the downhole survey work.
