The use of ocean energy for power generation is of great importance to alleviate the traditional energy tension problem.Ocean energy reserves are huge,and they are a type of cleaning energy.Using them to generate electricity will not cause environmental pollution.At present,the development and utilization of ocean energy have become a research hotspot in the field of new energy.Compared with ordinary hydroelectric power generation devices,the environment in which ocean energy power generation devices are located is extremely harsh.The seawater is rich in minerals and various salt,and is dissolved in a certain amount of oxygen,which makes the seawater highly corrosive.There are a great number of microorganisms in the seawater,and these microorganisms will attach to the generators under the sea,causing structural damage,which will cause the power generation devices to not work properly.At present,anti-corrosion technology of ocean power generation devices mainly includes the application of anti-corrosion coatings,cathodic protection methods and traditional sealed cabin insulation.However,these methods have many problems in practical applications.For example,the application of protective layers will cause environmental pollution.Depending on experience,the ratio of cathode and anode is caused by the redundancy of the anode.The traditional sealed cabin will still cause seawater leakage at the dynamic seal,which is not sufficient to achieve the functions of anti-corrosion and biological adhesion.In view of this situation,this paper designs a universal ocean generator sealed cabin automatic booster system,mainly completing the following research work:1.This paper studies the characteristics and current research status of oceanic underwater power generation devices and their anticorrosion systems,and summarizes the characteristics and limitations of various methods.Build on the research on the principle of anti-corrosion to seawater and anti-biological adhesion,an automatic booster system for the sealed cabin of marine underwater generators was proposed and designed.2.Aiming at the problem that the traditional sealed cabin still has seawater leakage at the dynamic seal,an automatic booster system is inserted in the sealed cabin.The front end of the system is to collect the ecological parameters inside and outside the sealed cabin,the STM32 micro computer unit stores and compares the collected inside and outside pressure sensor parameters of the sealed cabin,and automatically adjusts the gas cabin switch in the cabin,so that the gas pressure inside the cabin is slightly greater than the seawater pressure outside the cabin.3.The system uses the existing cable to realize data communication under the sea through power line communication technology,and uses LabVIEW to design a host computer to display and store data.The automatic booster system of the generator is actually applied to the 20 kW tidal current power generation device and deep water environment test machine developed by the research group.The results of two sets of comparative experiments show that the depth of the seawater in the sealed cabin is fixed and the seawater depth of the sealed cabin is variable.The system can comply with the basic requirements,has good reliability,stability and practicability,and has reference value for the design of ocean energy generator anti-corrosion and anti-biological adhesion system.
