The Transonic Shock Solutions For Non-isentropic Euler-Poisson System With Varying Background Charges

In this paper,we investigate the non-isentropic Euler-Poisson system with the varying background charges in flat nozzles.The physically supersonic inflow and sub-sonic outflow conditions are prescribed at boundaries.We establish the monotonicity between shock location and the density at the exit of the nozzle.Furthermore,the unique existence of the transonic shock solution is elucidated.
