In recent years,the field of synthetic biology has developed rapidly and many research results have been obtained.Most of these research results exist in the form of literature.In order to understand the development trend of the field,discover the major events affecting the development of the field,and analyze the development trend of the field after the event.This paper fully explores the literature data in the field.The specific work is as follows:First,through statistical analysis of the data in the field of synthetic biology,the following results are obtained: ?1 The growth trend of published literature in this field is phased,and during the period of 1950-1997,it was in an exponential rise and showed a linear growth in 1997-2016.The trend indicates that the field is currently in a stable development stage;?2 analysis of some important journals in the field can be seen that the impact factors of the journals interact with the volume of publications,and some new publications have emerged in recent years.Large and promising journals;?3 Since 2006 synthetic biology has arisen in China,and the number of Chinese researchers has increased rapidly.To date,China has become the second largest country in the field of synthetic biology;?4 Genes,proteins,and DNA have remained unchanged as research vectors.In recent years,research in this field has gradually turned to diseases such as CANCER that are difficult to cure.Secondly,based on the evolutionary clustering analysis model of AGD,it is found that because the research field spans multiple disciplines,the social activity of researchers in this field is often high,and cross-domain research is often conducted.In 2015,different nodes belong to the society.The occurrence rate and merger rate have undergone major changes,and the cooperation mode and development trend in this field have undergone major changes.It is also in this year that China and the world have important events affecting the exchanges and developments in this field.Finally,based on the AGD-based predictive analysis model,the paper analyzes the journal data with large social stability and no obvious change in the evolution trend of the community,and discovers potential cross-disciplinary research journals in the field,to provide advice for cross-domain cooperation.This paper can not only explore the evolution mode of the current field,but also analyze the reasons for its development in combination with reality,which can further reveal the development of the field.
