of media and diversified social methods, and the information propagation has been more free and more convenient.Information propagation in social software such as Weibo and WeChat are a universal phenomenon in social life. The propagation of positive information can often have a positive impact on society, such as water droplets and garbage classification. The propagation of negative information will have a negative effect on society, such as spreading rumors and showing off wealth on the Internet.Since the different propagation of information causes different decision-making psychology in society,it is particularly important to study the mechanism of information propagation in social networks. The complex networks are an important foundation for the study of social networks. The complexity of social networks can meet the diversity of the real society.Scholars have constructed a variety of information propagation modes by analogy with the spread of diseases on complex networks. This paper designs new network characteristics on the basis of BA network and WS network, and studies the propagation phenomenon under intimate and non-intimate relationships. There are three aspects related to this paper:(1)Information propagation with explicit and implicit edges: This paper proposes a social network model with intimate explicit relationships and non-intimate implicit relationships by analyzing interpersonal relationship networks. The information was initially propagated on the explicit network, and the two outbreak conditions were analyzed for infection density and infection rate after tertiary propagation. The two processes that the implicit edges are fully activated and the information penetrates into the hierarchical association network are studied.Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments prove that the propagation radius of information depends on the scale of explicit and implicit edges and the intensity of information propagation.(2)Information propagation phenomenon in high-order scale-free networks: According to the characteristics of social networks,a high-order network model has been proposed because not only intimate and non-intimate relationships exist in social networks, but also many super nodes, such as official Weibo and news platforms.Based on this model, the process of information propagation in high-order complete trust networks and high-order non-complete trust networks is analyzed.Especially when studying the information propagation in non-complete trust networks,a multi-information propagation training credibility SIPR(MPTC-SIPR)model was designed. The network uses the MPTC-SIPR model to propagate information and nodes can carry a credibility, and then quantify it as the node’s probability of trust in the information. Finally, simulations on the spread of true information and fake information were implemented on three different networks.Experimental results show that the designed network model is closer to reality. The spread of information in a high-order complete trust network is much wider than that in a first-order complete trust network, and information disappears relatively slowly. The fake information spreads faster in higher-order non-complete trust networks, and true information spreads more slowly, but it takes longer to spread than fake information, reflecting the trend of "bad news has wings".This theory is consistent with the real world and has important practical significance.(3)Information propagation driven by gravity: Information propagation in social networks is not only directly related to the intimacy between people and the super nodes in the network. In many cases,it mainly depends on the behavior of people around the individual. Therefore,an information propagation mechanism related to the behavior of intimate and nonintimate neighbors is constructed in this paper. In this mechanism, whether a person accepts information is positively related to the intimacy of the person who propagation the information, and it is negatively correlated to the intimacy of those who know the information and not propagated. The change of effective propagation rate is also discussed. It is found that the critical value of information emergence is a compound Poisson process, which has the same trend as the change in the density of infected persons. To curb the spread of rumors,it is necessary to educate and control intimate neighbors who know information not spread information to individuals. It is important to control the spread of rumors. | | Keywords/Search Tags: |
