| Qinghai Taoheyuan Wetland Park has complex topography and diverse plant species, and is a key area for biodiversity protection. This study took the above-ground plants and soil of different vegetation types in the park as research objects, and used a variety of correlation analysis methods to explore plant community characteristics. The relationship with the soil properties shows that:(1)Based on vegetation types and habitat characteristics, this study monitored alpine meadows(including shady slopes, sunny slopes, and beaches),alpine shrub meadows(including shady slopes, sunny slopes, and beaches),swampy meadows, and The planting type of Herbal Swamp 8 found that: the alpine meadows and the swampy meadows had the highest species richness(>30),vegetation coverage(98% and 99%),and above ground biomass(633.33g/m2 and 593.33 g/m2),the Shannon-Wiener index(3.26,3.27)is significantly higher than other vegetation types;herbaceous swamps have the lowest species richness, with only 9 plants appearing, and coverage and above ground biomass are(93% and 391.67g/m2,respectively)),The Simpson index and the Shannon-Wiener index(0.82 and 2.30)are significantly lower than other vegetation types;the calculation of the similarity coefficient of the Jaccard community shows that only the alpine meadow sunny slope and shady slope are within the interval [0.5,0.75],Belongs to medium similarity, the similarity coefficient of each vegetation type is in the interval [0.25,0.50],and there are more medium dissimilarities, the similarity coefficient of the herb swamp and all vegetation types are in the interval [0,0.25],It is extremely dissimilar.(2)The difference in soil water content between different vegetation types is significant(39.32%-70.1%).The highest soil water content is the shady slope of alpine shrub meadow, which increases by 5.43%-30.79% compared with other vegetation types; The highest saturated water capacity and field water capacity are alpine meadow beaches, and the smallest is alpine meadow beach slope;the soil bulk density is0.72~1.02g/cm3,the alpine meadow beach land has the smallest bulk density, and the swamped meadow bulk density is the largest,so The porosity of alpine meadow beaches is higher than that of swamped meadows;the highest soil total nitrogen(TN)content is in alpine meadow beaches, the lowest TN content of swamped meadows, but the total soil phosphorus(TP)content is higher than other vegetation Types of.The highest content of soil alkaline nitrogen(SAN)is the alpine shrub meadow on the sunny slope, the lowest is the herb marsh, and the lowest soil available phosphorus(SAP)and available potassium(SAK)content are in the alpine shrub meadow beach, the highest The alpine meadow sunny slopes and alpine meadow beaches;the highest soil SAP and total potassium(TK)content are all alpine meadow shady slopes;the soil bacteria and actinomycetes are alpine shrub meadow beaches,The highest is the alpine meadow beach and alpine shrub meadow sunny slope, the most fungi are the alpine meadow sunny slope, the least is the herb marsh;the soil with the lowest invertase and urease activity is the alpine meadow beach, the highest activity It is the alpine shrub meadow on the sunny slope and the alpine shrub meadow on the shady slope. The catalase activity of each vegetation type does not change significantly.(3)The contents of soil SAP and TK are positively correlated with Patrick index,Simpson index and Shannon-Winner index.Among them, there is extremely significant positive correlation with Patrick index and Shannon-Winner index, and each soil property is negatively correlated with Pielou index;Path analysis found that the soil moisture and catalase activity directly affect the height of the plant community, the soil actinomycetes and p H directly affect the coverage of the plant community, and the direct effect on the above-ground biomass.SAN and TK have SAP and catalase activities that directly affect the Patrick index, soil TP content and fungi that directly affect the Simpson index, and soil bulk density and SAK that directly affect the Shannon-Wiener index.Only the soil p H is directly affected by the Pielou index. |
