The energy consumption of buildings accounts for 20-30% of the total energy consumption of China's commodities.The outdoor meteorological parameters are closely related to the building energy consumption.With global warming,it is important to understand the impact of climate change on building energy consumption.This paper focuses on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,aims to analyze the temporal and spatial characteristics of local temperature in the past 50 years.By calculating HDD and CDD,the impact of latitude,elevation,and urbanization on degree days are studied.Based on energy consumption statistics,this paper summarizes the trend and main factor of building energy consumption parameter in Beijing,Tangshan and Shijiazhuang,and introduce the degree days and other main factors of influencing building energy consumption into the building energy consumption parameter regression model.The conclusions are as follows:1965-2015,the trend of temperature decreased firstly,then increased and decreased at last in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The changing rate of average temperature was 0.21?/10a;the changing rate of maximum temperature was 0.07?/10a;the changing rate of minimum average temperatures was 0.34?/10 a.The warming in heating period,and the growth of the minimum temperature are main driving factors of the warming,The average of HDD is 3450.41?·d,with a changing rate of 107.5?·d/10 a,the average number of CDD is 65.68?·d,whose changing rate is 2.02?·d/10 a.In the late 1980 s and early 1990 s,significant changes has taken place,and HDD changed more than CDD,and the initial change time of HDD was earlier than that of CDD.The number of HDD is positively correlated with latitude,and the number of CDD is negatively correlated with the latitude,and the changing rate of both CDD and HDD are negatively correlated with latitude.With the altitude of 200 m as a dividing line,HDD and CDD of high/low altitude areas changes aren't consistent.The improvement of urbanization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has accelerated the change of degree days.Central heating consumption intensity,the public building energy consumption intensity(electricity power and contains no heating)and residential energy consumption intensity(electricity power and contains no heating)power of Beijing,Tianjin,Tangshan,Shijiazhuang are going downward,and the change trend are the same with the energy consumption in China.
